The Thrive Summer Fellowship 2026 is a unique opportunity for current college students who aspire to shape the future of technology, entrepreneurship, and investing. Designed to discover and develop the next generation of founders, investors, technologists, and researchers, this fellowship offers an unparalleled hands-on experience within one of the world’s leading venture investment firms. Selected Fellows will spend 10 weeks during the summer of 2026 working full-time at Thrive Capital’s New York headquarters. Over the course of the program, Fellows will apprentice with specific teams across the firm—investments, operations, research, and partnerships—and take part in curated learning sessions, speaker events, and mentorship programs designed to accelerate personal and professional growth. • $40,000 grant to help offset junior year education costs
• Paid internship, annualized at $100,000 salary, from June to August, 2026
• Mentorship from the Thrive team for the duration of the internship Eligibility
• Current college freshman, sophomore, or junior with US work authorization.
